Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and within 28 days of the original purchase date.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a full refund.

  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 working days.
